I was born and raised in Orem, UT and have been working at Timpanogos Animal Hospital for 6 months. I went to school at Broadview University and graduated with an Associates of Applied Science. As a child, I really wanted to become a Veterinarian but as I got older I changed my mind and the idea of being a Veterinary technician stood out to me more. I have a calico kitty at home named Jasper and she is wonderful. I am so thankful to be a part of the team here at Timpanogos.
I grew up in Utah having pets all my life. I have always had a deep love for animals, and there’s never been a moment that I haven’t wanted to go into veterinary medicine. I hope to one day go into biology and cellular research, in the hopes of expanding human and animal healing. I’m fluent in American Sign Language and hope to continue learning languages across the globe.
Samantha is originally from Utah. She completed the Veterinary Assisting program at Animal Behavior College. She loves animals, especially cats and wildlife! She enjoys the outdoors, playing the guitar, and spending time with friends, family, and pets!
Nichole started as an intern in January of 2015. She was hired on as a boarding technician in April of 2015 and moved to the receptionist team in January of 2017. She was rescued by a 3-year-old heeler mix named Jewel in March 2017, and they have become the best of friends. Nichole enjoys superhero movies, Elvis Presley, and boxing.
We welcomed Milly into our receptionist team in July of 2017. She was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and speaks Spanish almost as good as she makes empanadas. Milly will be starting Vet Tech school soon and will be devoting her life to her love of animals. She enjoys going on hikes with her furry companion Koda and having fun in Utah’s great outdoors.
Katrina has been working at Timpanogos Animal Hospital for about 2 and a half years. After finding her love of the clinic decided to become a Veterinary technician completing school through Broadview University. She has 3 dogs and 2 disabled cats as well of a love for exotics like her 2 Geckos. She has a love of Comic con and being outside.
I grew up loving animals and always trying to bring a new one home (much to my parents’ chagrin). I have always known that I wanted to work with animals and working here at Timpanogos Animal Hospital has been a great opportunity, not only to work with animals but to help them heal and live healthy lives.
I have an amazing Border Collie Aussie mix, Gunner, who is smart, loyal and loving and a quarter horse Daisy whom I have had since I was 14.
Hi! My name is Jalyn Butcherite and I’m 22 years old. I’ve been working at Timpanogos Animal Hospital since January 2017 and have loved continually learning and working with dog and cats. I was born and raised in Puyallup, Washington. I studied at BYU-Idaho for 2 years in Animal and Vet Science, then transferred to Broadview University in Orem and ultimately graduated with my associates in Veterinary Technology in January 2017. In my free time, I love to spend time with family and friends, watch movies, eat, longboard, and go on random adventures! My favorite animal is a dog, specifically a Saint Bernard, which I hope to own one day. 😊
Jacqueline started working here in 2007 as a veterinary technician. She graduated with an Associate of Science and passed the Veterinary Technician National Exam in 2007. She loves to camp and hike. She likes basically anything outdoors, as long as it’s warm. She has 3 dogs: J.D., Junior and Rowdy.

Emily has always had a love for animals. To the extent of “rescuing” cats, and taking them home in her backpack as a small child. Her mother would make her take them back to their homes, and apologize for kidnapping their pets. She has worked at Timpanogos animal hospital since 2013. She has 2 cats at home, named Conker and Lenore. Is married and has an infant son. Loves to ride horses, and play video games in her spare time.
Afton has been working at Timpanogos since Spring of 2016. Started in Client Relations as a Receptionist and recently certified as a Veterinary Nutritional Advocate. She has a few pets, a 7-year-old German Shepard Mix named Yuka, 2 two-year-old rescue kitties Kage and Loki, and an 18-year-old Arabian horse named Sunchaser. An avid reader of all things Fantasy and Sci-Fi, favorite series being the Wheel of Time. When not working she can be found playing video games, twitching, camping, biking, or lounging by water on a rock like a lizard catching rays. Loves to travel and has lived all over from North Carolina, Virginia, Wyoming, Oregon to Jamacia, Australia, and Ireland. 😊
I have worked here for as long as I can remember. I love animals and especially love cats and horses. On my off time, I am usually reading a good fantasy action book, cooking exotic dishes or mucking out my horse’s stall. I enjoy long walks on the beach (when I can find one), sipping soda under palm trees (also, when I can find one) and riding horses into the sunset.
I graduated from school at the end of 2015 and have been with TAH since then. I love that my job allows me to work with clients to help their pets through excellent care and education. My dream job would be working in a zoo scenario where I could care for the animals and teach the public about the various animals and their lives. When I am not here, I can be found hanging out with my husband and beautiful four-year-old daughter. I love to cook new recipes, read, write, do crafts and play Barbie’s with my little girl (and her dad).

Aubrey joined the team at Timpanogos Animal Hospital in the Fall of 2015. She has always adored cats, and acquired a love for dogs when she was picked out at the shelter one day by an adorable chihuahua. She enjoys working with animals and would like to eventually move into animal rescue. Aubrey is an attentive servant to her cat, Sam, and lives with three (very) pampered dogs.

Kelsey is from Southeast Michigan. Moved to UT in 2010 and graduated in 2013 with an associate degree in veterinary technology and has been working here ever since. Has a Pembroke Welsh Corgi dog named Kairi, who thinks everyone exists just to rub her belly and play fetch with her all-day long. When Kelsey has spare time she likes to hike, draw/paint, bake, nap, read, watch Netflix, and play video games (mostly Legend of Zelda games). Favorite animal is an otter, highly dislikes spiders. Hogwarts house is Hufflepuff. Favorite type of food is Mongolian BBQ. One of those people who likes pineapple on their pizza, which means I’m awesome.
